Lounge & Dining:
The lounge dining area is located on the top floor, along with the kitchen, a private rear patio and a shared deck which faces the lake. The views are outstanding.

Bathroom:
Two bathrooms equipped with quality amenities and consumables

Bedroom:
Warm and comfortable bedrooms provided with quality bedding material for a good nights sleep. Heating provided in every bedroom.
Each bedroom is lake facing and offers the same stunning view.
Single beds can be combined

Floor Plan is as follows:
This three story unit is accessed directly off a driveway onto it’s top floor (3rd). Internal stairs are used to access each of the levels, expect approx. 12-14 steps in between each floor. To access from top car park is 20 meter walk around the building on a incline driveway.

Floor 3: entrance; lounge with balcony; kitchen and dining area
Floor 2: Two bedrooms - one with own bathroom; shared bathroom and laundry.
Floor 1: One bedroom and garage space

Parking:
1 x allocated unsheltered road side parking up by top floor entrance (not suitable for long wheel-base vehicle)
1 x allocated covered parking outside garage space at bottom floor (passenger car only, no campervans)
1 x garage space at bottom floor (not suitable for high top or oversize SUV)

Wi-Fi:
Data is free and unlimited.

Kitchen amenities:
We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.

Conveniently located halfway between Queenstown CBD and the Frankton supermarkets and airport, this property puts presents amazing lake side views, convenience and comfort to our guests.

Message from Ray: Note this unit has garage which is not accessible to our Guests. Private carpark is provided at the bottom of the unit.

Our team cleans and prepares your property between each stay to ensure our high standards are met and that you are welcomed into a warm, inviting and comfortable accommodation. Due to this, a cleaning fee is added to the booking price.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you.

Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.
