Our onboarding process is straight forward and stress free, just like the rest of your journey with us.
Initial Consultation
Here we’d like to learn more about your property as well as how you would like to see the rental working out for you. We’ll answer any questions you might have.
Management Agreement
Welcome onboard! Let us take it from here.
Creation of Rental Listing
(1–3 days)
We’ll start the marketing of your property as soon as possible, with the calendar
availability starting from a set future date. This recognizes the fact that guests
tend to book some time ahead.
Property Setup
(up to 4 weeks)
This includes furniture purchase and assembly (if required), home styling, initial
cleaning and professional photography (if required).
Availability Opens
We’re ready to welcome our first guest.
