Bedroom:
Warm and comfortable bedrooms provided with quality bedding material for a good nights sleep. Heating provided in every bedroom.
Each bedroom is lake facing and offers the same stunning view.
Note: 2 x sofa beds available (each sleeps up to two people). Please inform us ahead of time if you require foldout beds to be setup.

Floor Plan is as follows:
This three story unit is accessed directly off a driveway onto it’s top floor (3rd). Internal stairs are used to access each of the levels, expect approx. 12-14 steps in between each floor.
Floor 3 (top floor): Entrance, lounge with balcony, kitchen and dining area and single garage with external access.
Floor 2: Two bedrooms - one with own bathroom; another shared bathroom and laundry.
Floor 1: Two bedrooms - one with exit to small, shared backyard.

PARKING
No campervans or 8 seater people movers are allowed in the complex car parking.
1 x allocated covered parking in single garage (suitable for up to small SUV)
1 x allocated uncovered park on shared driveway (up to 5m long vehicle)

Data is free and unlimited.

Kitchen amenities:
We supply a coffee plunger, coffee grind, instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.

Message from Ray: Kindly note that the sofa beds are suited for convenience and are not as comfortable as a full sized bed.

Our team cleans and prepares your property between each stay to ensure our high standards are met and that you are welcomed into a warm, inviting and comfortable accommodation. Due to this, a cleaning fee is added to the booking price.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you.

Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.
