This is a 2-storey property. The main entrance is one flight of stairs down from carpark.
On the top floor we have the main entrance, lounge, dining area, open plan kitchen, large balcony and an ensuite bedroom. On the bottom floor are three bedrooms.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ray’s. Incredibly responsive/attentive, beautiful home and located close enough to Queenstown proper while being far enough to get more picturesque views of the city. We felt right at home too at Ray’s. Would definitely recommend this listing to other travelers

A 10/10 stay! The location is unbeatable—10 minutes from the airport, Frankton, and town. The place was spotless, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped. We loved the stunning views and the host’s quick communication. The house rules were clear and straightforward. It’s a bit of a splurge, but definitely worth the price for the comfort and views you get!

Amazing Airbnb. Incredible views and large spaces for a family. Dishwasher was shocking which I can see from other reviews hasn’t been addressed yet. The small street bin is challenging for large groups - but this is standard in Queenstown.

Phenomenal views from this place. Super relaxing views of Queenstown when having meals. The place was extremely clean on arrival, spotless. Lots of amenities, plenty for larger groups. Some nice board games & puzzles too which we enjoyed. The host was super responsive with queries. After discussing with the host, we organised a Spa hire with their recommended local company which I highly recommend, very enjoyable after a day of swimming, biking or hiking. Overall, was a great experience end to end and my family enjoyed staying here during our Queenstown trip. Thanks!
