Two bathrooms with quality amenities and consumables and towels. One separate toilet near the living space.
BEDROOMS
Warm and comfortable bedrooms provided with quality bedding material for a good nights sleep. Heating in every bedroom and master bedroom has a TV.
Master bedroom has a Super King bed and the remaining two bedrooms have a King and a Queen bed.

KITCHEN AMENITIES
Nespresso coffee, instant coffee, tea, sugar and one welcome box of milk. We also supply cooking oil, salt and pepper, baking paper.

Ground floor: Garage with a full bathroom, entry hallway.
First floor: Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with gas fireplace, large balcony with seating. Laundry and a toilet.
Second floor: Three bedrooms and two bathrooms and rear patio with more seating and outdoor dining area.

Situated uphill from town centre just few minutes walk.
- 13 minutes drive from the Queenstown international airport.
- 4 minutes drive to nearest supermarket
- 18 minutes walk from Queenstown CBD
- 12 minutes drive to Five Mile Shopping Centre (large retail area)
- 39 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski Area.
- 24 minutes drive to Coronet Ski Area.
- 74 minutes driving to Cardrona Ski Area

This unit is a duplex house attached to another unit. Please consider it is in quiet residential area and neighbours should not be disturbed. Note the house is layered into 3 levels and may not be suitable for people who has a challenge walking 10-15 stairs few times per day or small children that run a risk of falling down a flight of stairs.
Upon arrival, you will find your accommodation equipped with:
- Professionally prepared quality linen and bedding
- A fresh towel for each guest
- Complimentary coffee, tea and milk
- Quality bathroom toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you.
Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s close to town, peaceful and private with beautiful views. There’s also ping pong table set up which was so much fun. We also really appreciated how responsive and timely Ray (our host) was throughout our stay, it made everything very easy. Thank you again

This is a beautiful property, exquisitely appointed, with stunning views. Well equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful balconies. lots of space, perfectly clean. It is a steep walk down into town and back, but Urber is inexpensive and quickly available. Just an absolutely wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view was even more stunning in person — it truly made our trip special. We found ourselves constantly admiring the scenery from morning to night. The amenities were fantastic and thoughtfully provided, making everything comfortable and convenient. It felt like every detail had been considered to ensure guests have an easy, relaxing stay. The property was spotless when we arrived — exceptionally clean and very well maintained, which we truly appreciated. Communication was also excellent. Stayed here with my family for a few days to explore Queenstown. Beautiful home. Good private driveway for parking. Quick walk into town as long as you’re ok with a steep hill on the way back. Worth it for the views. Would love to stay again.

A fantastic gem, what a beautiful apartment that perfectly met our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Ray responded quickly to all our messages a supported with flexibility around check-in and out. A steep walk up from town (especially with prams/strollers) but that meant the place had beautiful views!

Absolutely loved staying here. Would definitely stay again. The views from the living area and 2 bedrooms were amazing. The kitchen had everything you need. Fire was cozy. Sofa really comfortable. The table tennis table was a great bit of fun too.
