The space
Note that the property consists an upstairs main dwelling and a downstairs secondary flat, each has its separate entry. The upstairs unit has 3 bedroom + Lounge + Kitchen, the downstairs flat has 2 bedrooms + smaller lounge + spa pool!
You will be booking the whole property.

Beautiful location and views. View from the balcony and bedrooms truly breathtaking and even better than the photos on the listing. All amenities provided, bathroom, kitchen and living area are very clean. Laundry facility - washing machine and dryer also provided. However if you have anyone with mobility issues please be mindful as there are many internal steps. We had a really lovely stay at this location. Highly recommend this place in Queenstown.

We stayed here for a long weekend with a group of friends and had a fantastic weekend. The house is well set up to cater for larger groups and was the perfect location and space for our group. Incredible views and a well maintained house. Ray communicated quickly and was very accommodating

We had a great stay at Ray's place. There are multiple highlights of the place, what stood out was the view from the balcony and from the street. You can literally walk (2-3 mins walk) and there is a bench looking over into the valley. The house is fully functional with 2 levels (3 bedrooms for level 1 and 2 bedrooms for level 2), 2 parking spaces, fully functional kitchen, hot spa etc. The location overall is great, which is about 15 mins drive to Queenstown city center.

The pictures do not do the views from this house justice. This property was amazing in every respect; beautifully furnished, elegant and immaculate. Ray and his team were helpful and responsive. I wish we could have stayed longer. If you stay here you must try the Boat Shed a 5min drive away for breakfast and coffee, you will not regret it! The house is in the flight path for the airport (depending on the angle of approach) so you do get a bit of noise but it’s not constant.
