Floor Plan is as follows:
Entrance from carpark involves 5 steps to the entry deck. On this level is the kitchen and dining area, half floor down is the lounge and spacious balcony. Another half floor down is the first bedroom with exit to private small courtyard and another half floor down is a shared bathroom and second bedroom. Each half floor has 7 steps in between.
Parking:
2 x allocated uncovered parking. Garage not available for guest use.
Wi-Fi:
Data is free and unlimited.
Kitchen amenities:
We supply plunger coffee, along with instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.
Location and proximity:
Ideally located on the middle of Frankton Road, everything is no more than a few minutes drive away.

- 50 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski Area.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you.
Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.

One of the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Outside of the view being absolutely breathtaking, the place was very clean and modern. Ray and team were very responsive and clear regarding instructions/etc. Overall, would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Beautiful property , can’t say anything negative about it , magnificent view , all the amenities you need in the house , very responsive and friendly host. Only issue I can raise is people who face knee problems might need to consider the house has stairs to go to the living room from the enter and stairs to go to your rooms down stairs . Apart from that excellent place to stay near Queenstown centre . Everything was kind of brand new and my favorite part was the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom 😉 Overall perfect choice for families or even couples to relax a bit pricey though but compare to other choices in the fair range

Hands-down the best view in Queenstown. Also it's fantastic that it's not in the busy tourist zone, you feel much more like a local living up on the hill! The views are so good they genuinely don't feel real. I can't express this enough! The home is lovely, modern, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great holiday!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The view alone is absolutely breathtaking, and everything about the place is perfect. Just a small note that there are some staircases, so carrying luggage can be a bit cumbersome. A lovely bonus was the heated bathroom floor, which made the stay even more comfortable. I’d absolutely love to come back when we revisit Queenstown.

The place is gorgeous, the view is absolutely stunning. The sauna is great, this is so far the best equipment for a home to have, especially after travelling around the whole day you can get relaxed in a sauna with beautiful view and very japanese style, they have a red leave tree in front of the window. The only issue that I have encountered is the staircase, is a bit tricky if you have lots of luggages. And Ray is very responsive, we had a problem on using the dishwasher (my problem actually as we are new to this machines?), I thought there was a malfunction of the machine and Ray quickly sent one of his team member over and helped to start the machine. I am really grateful for the help. Overall is a really good stay and totally worth the price.
