Master: Queen bed with ensuite

Floor Plan is as follows:
Entrance from carpark involves 5 steps to the entry deck. On this level is the kitchen and dining area, half floor down is the lounge and spacious balcony. Another half floor down is the first bedroom with exit to private small courtyard and another half floor down is a shared bathroom and second bedroom. Each half floor has 7 steps in between.

Parking:
2 x allocated uncovered parking. Garage not available for guest use.

Wi-Fi:
Data is free and unlimited.

Kitchen amenities:
We supply plunger coffee, along with instant coffee, tea, sugar and milk.

Location and proximity:
Ideally located on the middle of Frankton Road, everything is no more than a few minutes drive away.
- 20 minutes drive from the Queenstown international airport.
- 6 minutes drive to nearby supermarkets
- 20 minutes drive to Frankton shopping centre
- 50 minutes drive to Remarkable Ski Area.
- 40 minutes drive to Coronet Ski Area.

Upon arrival, you will find your accommodation equipped with:

- Quality bathroom toiletries such as body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner

We strive to ensure you have everything you need in order to have a comfortable, relaxing and carefree stay. Our diligent and professional team work hard to meet and exceed the typical standards set by your everyday accommodation provider.

Our team cleans and prepares your property between each stay to ensure our high standards are met and that you are welcomed into a warm, inviting and comfortable accommodation. Due to this, a cleaning fee is added to the booking price.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However if you would like to arrange extra services during your stay, we invite you to contact us so we can advise costs and further discuss with you.

Upon departure, please ensure the property is left in adequate condition and that the dishes are completed.

Our hard working and professional team do their best to ensure you have a safe, warm and comfortable base during your Queenstown stay. We are here to answer questions or assist in any way we can and are always happy to help.

Interaction with guests

Self-checkin is done via the Smart door lock. Prior to your arrival, a welcome letter will be sent with all the essential details, including check-in details, WiFi password, parking ... etc.
