Unit 4-A (front house)
This two-story house is accessed via 14-16 external steps. The ground floor consists of the garage for parking, with external access.

On the second floor where the remainder of house is located on, we have a studio with own bathroom, a three-bedroom unit with separate entrance, lounge, balcony, kitchen, laundry and one shared and one ensuite bathroom.

Unit 4-B (at the back)
The property is accessed externally by a flight of approx 20 steps and sits above another unit and the garage. Inside the property we have the open plan kitchen, dining/lounge, large balcony with outdoor seating, ensuite bedroom, two additional bedrooms, laundry cupboard, ensuite bathroom and shared bathroom.

Unit 4-C (one bed unit)
This one bedroom unit is located underneath 4-B and consists of ensuite bedroom, living room and kitchen. Access is via 5 steps from driveway.

This accommodation is spread across three dwellings on the same property. Unit A, B and C will all be included when booking this listing. Please note all dwellings use external stairs for entry. Outdoor security cameras are installed.
