Parking:
Please be aware that there is one parking space available (in the garage) the council requires us to inform you that it has a narrow entrance (2.2m wide x 2.2m high). However the owners regularly park their For Ranger Ute (large vehicle) in the garage. Should you have more than one car the second car must be parked on the street. Please be aware that there is no formal mobility park on site.

Located on Kent Street (officially addressed Hallenstien Street) this property offers guests a home base that is within walking distance to town yet far enough to be away from the busy Queenstown noise.

- 10 minutes drive to Frankton town shopping centre

For guests with mobility difficulty, this property is located on top of Hallenstein Street and can be a steep incline. The outer top balcony has a weight limit and isn’t suitable for placing furniture, but guests are welcome to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and views.
Upon arrival, you will find your accommodation equipped with:

Fantastic place, with a lovely view of the lake. It’s very large with everything you could need, one of the best setup Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Super clean and felt like home with a recent update and new carpet too. Warm and welcoming. It’s a bit of a hike back up the hill but it doesn’t take long and only a cheap uber ride if need be.

The apartment was very nice and clean. The views are incredible! It’s about a 10 min walk downhill to reach the downtown and a steep walk up. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful view! You can't beat the view of the lake from the place. The Airbnb was very clean, had no problems finding the locations, the drive through town was not difficult. Lots of amenities were provided. The Airbnb is walkable to and from downtown. We often found ourselves walking downtown and Ubering back up the hill. It is quite a steep hike. The uber back up the hill was equal to $5 USD from downtown. Over the view was amazing! Place was very clean! Beds were huge! Garage instructions were easy to park. Very well marked.

Place up on mountain has great views. Very clean. Many levels. If not driving there, must get an uber/taxi since dragging lugging up is tough. Place decor is well done and Spacious. Pictures match descriptions. Washing machine leak and toilet flush need to be fixed. Ray responded whenever this issue came up. Gave us a 10% discount instead.

Great place as the location is close to town. Within walking distance, though you will need to negotiate some hills. View from the deck was spectacular.
